got toe surgery on Monday and have been the most bummed since then because i need to run so badly so today I just cut a hole in my shoe for my toe so it wouldnt hurt too terribly and then boom i ran 5 miles and my time wasnt great but hey at least it was less than an hour and it was the most incredible thing I have done in a long time did you know how much I rule
